Sana Clinics Lübeck GmbH is a hospital with seven units and a capacity of 430 beds. The staff is providing care for 17,000 in- and 8,500 out-patients patients per annum. The Sana Clinics Lübeck and its facility in Travemünde cover a significant part of the health care in Lübeck and the surrounding area - for in- and out-patients. Furthermore the Sana Clinics Lübeck serves as university teaching hospital for the University of Schleswig-Holstein, Campus Lübeck. Prevention and further non-medical services are in scope of the Sana Clinics Lübeck GmbH, too. We attach great importance to cooperation based on partnership: We inform and consult our patients, their relatives, physicians, other facilities and numerous other customers and partner. “Service4Health” is a project aiming at an increasing productivity and process quality of the Sana Clinics Lübeck GmbH. The productivity of selected process systems and the influence of diversity are meant to be analyzed and measured. Subsequently the process systems shall be evaluated and implemented. The process development and quality considering diversity is focused.
